I agree with the issue that it's a grave mistake to theorize before one has data. We are replete with so much information, advertisements, policies provoking on a variety of topics. It's hard to distinguish the correctness of those theories without seeing relating data about them. One depends on what he sees, so data is required.

By seeing the surroundings, we access that it's necessary to have data to makethe theorization. Learning in school, before the teacher teach you a lesson, he will need to offer you the data about it. If a math teacher didn't teach you the origination of numbers and the basic counting principle at first. You will not be about to calculate with numbers and even learn the more difficulttheorems of math. Here, the origination of numbers and basic counting are the dataof math.

Another example is the truthfulness of advertisement. We see so many advertisementsadvertising their products through the public media. I usually doubt with them forlacking of data supporting the utilities of their products. The company might mention of some organizations or reports supporting their goods. However, this data are so vague that we can't ever examine the organization or the records. What we wish to get is the organization that exists and is trust-worthy, and records easily understand and relates to the benefits of the products to theorizethe funtion of the goods.

Still, the government are provoking a lot of new policies for us to obey. We question about the reasons for obeying the policies even it is our duties.Whenever the government announce the policy together with the datas relatingto the policies, such as the motivation of the policies. We will concern the policies more seriously and acceptable.

In summation, consistent and trust-worthy data are necessary since so much data are waiting for us to absorb. Before making any theorizaion, we work on the data to determine.
