There are various factors influencing the efficiency of team work and individual work. Team work are not always more productive than individual work. It depends on the situation of the work, including the essence of the work, the group members and so on.

It is said that team work should be more powerful due to cooperation. Upon doing a project together, people can do the brainstorming together on the issue. After the realization and blueprint of the work is done, they can separate the work individually. Each person is responsible for their own talent. Since the brief idea of the work is planned, people are clear about their own work and can focus on their field efficiently without imploring broadly. Later on, they can combine their work structurelly.

On the other hand, individual work is lonlier and have to be done by onself. However, it is not always less productive than team work. Doing a project individually, one can control the the model himself. He doesn't need to spend long time arguing or sharing with others. What he should do is to reveal his idea freely and attentively. Furthermore, since the time spent brainstorming and constructing individual works is saved, he could do the work efficiently.

Whether team work or individual work have their advantages and disadvantages.Although team work sounds more productively and motivatevely, if the group members are not cooperative, it would be terrible. From the experiences ofprojects asked to be done in school, There are lots of peoplethinking as they have group member to support them , they don't have to takepart in the project seriously. Some of the group members doesn't require the capabilities to engage in the work, and some of the members could haveopinions different from each others. In this situation, team work would not be productive. Now that the work is asked to be done individually, if people are lacking of knowledge or familiarity of the area, it would costlots of time on the issue.

Therefore, it depends on a lot to determine whether team work or individual work is more productive. We have to give the work and distinguish it's size. If it is a small case, we could pass it to one person familiar with the area. If it is a larger case, we could send it to a group that is organized, well-trained, and have same opinion so that they could analyze and separate then construct the project. Since then, individual work and team work can be productive at the same time.
